Yauhui Liu – Chairman

Mr Yauhui Liu owns Bolong (Dalian) Industry Investment Company based in Dalian, China. Bolong is a very large and multi discipline company with interests including the operation of several metal alloy factories. Bolong has a significant Research and Development investment in the production of Vanadium REDOX batteries.

Ian Junk − Managing Director

Ian Junk is renowned for his technical, managerial and entrepreneurial efforts in the mining industry. As the founder of another private mining company, Donegal Resources (based in Kambalda, WA), Ian is highly regarded and has received many accolades for his business and community involvement including the Ernst & Young, Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and the WA Goldfields Business of the Year award. Ian has received the Citizen of the Year award for his many contributions and voluntary work within the Coolgardie Shire and a '40 Under 40’ award, which is awarded to the top 40 business persons under the age of 40 in WA.

Ian is a graduate of the Western Australian School of Mines (WASM) in Kalgoorlie with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mining. Having commenced his professional career in 1990, Ian has gained a reputation in the mining industry for his excellent technical knowledge and being a systematic, thorough mining manager and having formed successful joint ventures and constructed and commissioned several mining operations.

Ian is also Non- Executive Director of Reed Resources (ASX - RDR), Director of Brilliant Mining Corporation Ltd (TSXV - BMC) and Jiem Mining Pty Ltd (an Australian subsidiary of Jilin Nickel of China)

ZhengZeng Du – Non Executive Director

Mr Du is a Director of Sin-Tang Development Pte Lte a Singapore Based Iron ore trader. He is also Chairman of Tangshan Ganglu Iron and Steel Co. Ltd, which is one of the largest privately owned steel mills in China producing around 5 million tonnes of steel.

YuZheng Xie – Non Executive Director

Mr Xie is an experienced iron ore trader with an extensive marketing and trading background. He trades approximately 7 million tonnes of iron ore per annum and has an extensive market throughout China and India.

Dr Tao Li - Non Executive Director

Dr Tao Li is a specialist in geotechnical and mining engineering as the Principal and Director of TL Geotechnics & Mining. He provides technical and business advice to Australian, Canadian, and Chinese mining companies. He previously worked for 7 years in the Chinese mining industry and for the past 23 years he has been an internal advisor to the Australian mining industry as an engineer, manager and group manager for organisations such as Mount Isa Mines, WMC Resources, Gold Fields and Newcrest Mining.
Dr Li is currently an Alternate Director of Metallica Minerals, a Director of Orion Metals, both listed at ASX, and a Director of Liberty Mines listed at TSX.

Darren Hedley - Executive Director

Darren Hedley is a company director and mining engineer with over 20 years' corporate, operational and technical experience in the resources industry. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Australasian Resources, an ASX listed emerging iron ore producer, where he advanced the company from sourcing a world class iron ore project through FS to financing. Prior to this, he was Group Mining Engineer (Australia) for Gold Fields, one of the world's largest gold producers, which included a three year appointment managing the underground and open cut mining and technical divisions of one of Australia's largest gold mines, St Ives Gold Mine in the WA Goldfields.

Darren is a graduate of the WASM in Kalgoorlie, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in mining. During his career, he has had a diverse range of experience in open cut and underground mining across a broad spectrum of commodities including iron ore, silver, lead, zinc, copper, nickel and gold. He has consistently achieved at the highest levels in some of Australia's largest and challenging mines, renowned for his fair, disciplined and conscientious approach.

David Gallagher – Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

David Gallagher is KMG’s Chief Financial Officer/ Company Secretary and is a qualified accountant with 20 years experience in senior management and corporate roles in the Mining, Wine and Finance industries. He has spent 10 years with one of Australia’s premier mining houses, WMC Resources and 5 years as Chief Financial Officer in one of Australia’s largest private mining contracting businesses.

David has a proven track record for the commercial management of significant supply and service contracts in the mining industry and has a detailed knowledge on large scale project finance, mining contracts, human resource management and mine equipment finance.

David was the Commercial Manager for Australia’s largest wine producer for 4 years and in this role reported to the Executive General Manager – Global Operations. He spent 2 years as CFO and Company Secretary for a boutique Perth and Sydney based Finance Company involved in wholesale funding for the asset finance industry mainly targeting operating leases for mobile equipment.

Kevin Dockery – Project Manager

Kevin Dockery has 30 years experience of operational and management experience in multiple disciplines relating to mining. Mr Dockery has been in project management and mine management roles for the past twelve years for both mining contractors and mining companies including most recently Saracen Gold Mines, Panoramic Resources and Harmony Gold (Australia). Kevin started with KMG in May 2010 with the responsibility of civil construction, infrastructure establishment and commencement of operations at the Ridges Iron Ore Project mine site. Kevin has a Diploma of Metalliferous Mining – Open Cut and Underground and is the holder of a WA Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency.

Wang Jiuyu- Manager Business Development and Marketing

Mr Wang Jiuyu is the Project Manager for new projects for (Dalian) Industry Investment Company which is based in Dalian, China.  Jiuyu's current role is KMG General Manager for China assisting with business development and providing technical advice for the mining operation. Formerly Jiuyu was the chief design engineer and General Manager for one of China’s mid tier gold corporations and holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from China’s Northeast University and an MBA degree from China’s premier MBA College.
